We do not assume government-contract status, a registration, or a certification merely because an agency requests a quote; availability and eligibility must be confirmed for the procurement.
Include the solicitation or internal reference, response deadline, quantity, delivery destination, and required-on-site date. Tell us about receiving restrictions, packaging, labeling, or documentation that must accompany the shipment. A laboratory prototype and a facility replacement can use the same direct inquiry process, but their acceptance requirements may differ. The quote should identify the supplied part and agreed scope clearly enough for both the buyer and technical reviewer to assess.
