Keep the part identity clear from your customer’s inquiry through delivery. We quote quartz sleeves, UV lamps, power components, accessories, and custom work for distribution requirements.
Preserve the customer’s original specification.
A reseller inquiry often arrives as a shortened part description or a photograph. Include the original manufacturer number, equipment model, and all available dimensions before substituting an internal stock code. Keep lamp and sleeve requests separate even when they belong to the same system. If the customer has supplied a sample measurement, label it as measured information so it can be distinguished from a controlled drawing requirement.
For custom quartz, provide outside diameter, wall, overall length, end finish, and the sealing or mounting details. For lamps and ballasts, send complete labels and connector information. We can review the available information and identify what is still needed to propose a replacement. A cross-reference result is a starting point for confirmation; it should not become an unconditional compatibility claim in a downstream listing.
Tell us whether the order is for stock, a named customer requirement, or a recurring supply program. Include requested packaging, identification, kit contents, and delivery destinations. Private-label packaging and marking can be reviewed with the quote. If you need documentation to pass through to a buyer, request it before ordering. Keep the accepted specification and quote reference with future releases so the same description continues to mean the same part.

Questions before you order
Can you quote using our internal part number?
Yes. Include the original component identification or controlled specification alongside it.
Can you support private-label packaging?
Yes. Provide the required labels, artwork, and packaging arrangement for review.
Can a customer photo start an inquiry?
Yes. Include the full part and readable equipment markings; we will identify missing details.
Can we list a suggested equivalent as confirmed?
Confirm the specification first. Unverified cross-reference information should remain an inquiry rather than a guaranteed fit claim.
Can repeat orders reference an earlier quote?
Yes. Include the accepted part specification and identify any changes in quantity or delivery requirements.
