Quartz and UV components for industrial process water

Build the parts request around the water loop, the installed UV equipment, and the maintenance window. We support replacement work and custom component requirements for industrial facilities.

Identify what the UV stage is doing.

A process-water UV unit may serve a recirculation loop, a production-water supply, or a treatment skid. Describe the duty and identify the equipment model rather than assuming all water-treatment lamps share the same output. Include the current lamp and ballast labels, the sleeve specification, and the sensor or controller identification when those components are part of the request.

Mechanical fit starts at the reactor connection. For a custom sleeve, provide the sealing diameter, insertion length, overall length, wall, and end geometry. Add any drawing requirements for flanges, retaining shoulders, or ground surfaces. Describe the operating environment and cleaning method so material and interface questions can be raised before a part is quoted. A used component is a useful reference, but measured wear or deposits should not become an unintended production requirement.

Industrial maintenance often involves several similar skids installed at different times. Keep the serial number or equipment revision with each requested part and avoid combining look-alike components in one unqualified line item. For repeat orders, we can work against a controlled drawing and an agreed packaging arrangement. For an outage, tell us which components are immediately needed and which are intended for the next service interval.

Questions before you order

Can you work with a skid builder’s drawing?

Yes. Include the revision and identify the interfaces that control fit.

Can you help identify an unmarked sleeve?

Send dimensions, photographs, and the equipment details. We will identify what else is needed.

Can a lamp be selected by wattage alone?

No. The lamp type, operating current, starting method, base, and ballast match also matter.

Can repeat releases use the same specification?

Yes. Reference the accepted drawing and revision when ordering.

Can you quote a custom reactor sleeve?

Yes. Include the mating assembly and its acceptance requirements for a fabrication review.
