Specify the component around its job.
A sleeve can have the right dimensions and still fail to fit because a seal, nut, connector, or support belongs to a different assembly. Glass Automated Products quotes quartz and UV accessories from the mating interfaces and operating environment. Provide the equipment model, original part number, and clear photographs or drawings of the components that fit together. Include the complete assembly when one part number has multiple revisions.
Hardware requests include end caps, sleeve retention components, flanges, adapters, unions, retaining nuts, and compression fittings. For seals, specify dimensions, material or compound, process fluid, cleaning chemistry, and operating conditions. A visually similar O-ring is not evidence of the correct material or compression. Avoid measuring a stretched, swollen, or damaged seal as if it were a new nominal part; original documentation is useful for establishing the intended specification.
Electrical accessory requests include wire harnesses and lamp connectors. State the mating connector, contact layout, pinout, lead length, conductor and insulation requirements, temperature exposure, and strain relief arrangement. A connector that physically mates may still have a different wiring assignment. We can review accessories alongside replacement sleeves, lamps, ballasts, and controllers, or include them in a defined kit. The quote identifies the agreed items and quantities so receiving and assembly do not depend on an informal photograph.

Is a photograph enough to identify a connector?
It can start the review. We may also need a part marking, dimensions, contact arrangement, and pinout to confirm compatibility.
Can accessories be packed as a service kit?
Yes. Provide an itemized bill of materials and quantity per kit, plus labeling and packaging instructions.
Can I choose a seal only by size?
Size is only one part of the requirement. Compound, chemical exposure, temperature, and the mating assembly also need to be correct.
Can a complete replacement assembly be reviewed?
Yes. Send the equipment information and all relevant component labels or drawings so we can assess the interfaces together.
