Glass Automated Products · Huntington Beach, California

Cleaned. Dried. Inspected. Then packed.

Quartz component preparation and inspection tied to your material, geometry, and acceptance requirements.

Define the finished requirement.

Cleaning is part of making the finished component usable. Residue, handling marks, particles, and deposits matter differently in a UV reactor, laboratory instrument, or semiconductor process. Glass Automated Products cleans, dries, and inspects fabricated quartz before packaging. Tell us the intended application and any cleanliness requirement that must be part of the quote, including restrictions on cleaning agents or handling materials.

Cleaning methods must suit the part and the contamination involved. We review DI-water, solvent, acid-cleaning, and other specified preparation requests as part of the component requirement. A request for semiconductor use does not by itself define an acceptable cleanliness level, particle limit, or analytical test. Provide the process specification and documentation needed so the quoted scope is clear. Cleaning guidance for a used UV sleeve must also follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.

Every fabricated part is inspected before it is packed. The drawing and agreed acceptance criteria determine what needs to be checked. Identify dimensions that control fit, surfaces that seal, and features that are sensitive to chips or damage. If you need recorded measurements, a certificate of conformance, material traceability, or a particular report format, request it before production so we can confirm availability and scope. We do not treat an unspecified inspection as a promise of every possible laboratory test.

Questions before you order

Do you inspect each part?

Yes. Every fabricated part is inspected before packing against the agreed requirements. Tell us which recorded measurements or additional tests you need.

Are you claiming a particular certification?

No unlisted certification is implied. Send your qualification requirements and we can discuss the documentation available for the quoted work.

Can you provide inspection reports?

Request the measurements and report format before ordering. We will confirm the documentation included with the part.

Can a dirty used sleeve be measured accurately?

Deposits can obscure the original surface. Explain the condition and follow the equipment maker’s cleaning instructions before relying on field measurements.

Does cleaning include sterile packaging?

Sterility and controlled-environment packaging are separate requirements. Identify any such need explicitly for review.
