A utility replacement request should identify the reactor model, serial number, original component number, and the maintenance document that governs the work. Include the lamp designation and sleeve drawing when available. A component can fit mechanically while differing in optical transmission or electrical operation; dimensional similarity alone is not enough to establish its suitability for a validated reactor.

For sleeves, identify the overall length, outside diameter, wall thickness, closed-end geometry, and the seal or retaining arrangement. Tell us whether the assembly includes a mechanical cleaning system. Wiper travel and clearance are part of the specification, just as the mounting interface is. For lamps and power supplies, send readable labels from both components and identify any controller or monitoring requirements.

Bring replacement-part approval, documentation, and inspection requirements into the quote request. Your utility and system supplier determine which substitutions are acceptable for the installation. We can review a proposed part against the information you provide and make the quoted scope explicit before you place an order. For a scheduled outage, separate the required delivery date from the installation date and include the receiving location.
