UV lamps. Match the source to the system.

DEFINED BY YOUR SPECPROFILE
Component concept · Geometry and specifications confirmed with your quote

Standard-output, high-output, amalgam, medium-pressure, and UV LED component requirements, with replacement identification and electrical matching support.

Specify the component around its job.

A replacement UV source must match more than the space inside a sleeve. Lamp family, electrical operating requirements, base and pin layout, envelope dimensions, and the intended UV output all matter. Glass Automated Products supplies UV lamps and related components for OEM, maintenance, and replacement requirements. Start with the complete lamp marking and the system model, including any revision or controller information.

We quote low-pressure germicidal lamps in standard-output and high-output configurations, amalgam lamps, medium-pressure lamps, UV-A, UV-B and UV-C variants, and ozone-generating or ozone-free requirements. UV LED modules are also available to quote. These categories describe different source technologies and intended uses; they do not imply that one type can be installed in place of another without a system review.

For an existing assembly, provide photographs of the label and connections, the overall lamp dimensions, the ballast or driver part number, and any operating data supplied by the equipment manufacturer. A base that fits does not establish an electrical match. For a new design, explain the working wavelength, target process, thermal arrangement, power/control requirements, and operating cycle. We can review lamp, sleeve, ballast, connector, and accessory needs together as a component inquiry.

Questions before you order

Can you match an existing replacement lamp?

Send the full part number, system identification, label photographs, and dimensions. We review the available information before confirming a suitable replacement.

Are your supplied lamps all manufactured in California?

No California manufacturing claim is made for sourced electrical components. Quartz fabrication is performed in our Huntington Beach shop; lamp supply is confirmed for the quoted item.

Can I replace a standard-output lamp with a high-output version?

Do not assume interchangeability. The lamp, ballast, controls, and system design must be compatible with the proposed source.

Are UV LED modules available?

Yes. Provide the wavelength, optical output requirement, thermal arrangement, driver needs, and application for review.

Does a replacement lamp establish disinfection performance?

Performance depends on the complete system and operating conditions. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s requirements and applicable validation for the installation.
