Glass Automated Products is a family-owned quartz fabrication company in Huntington Beach, California. David founded the business in 1998. His son, Tommy (Tamer) Khamis, now leads it.
The work remains hands-on: understand the part, prepare the material, carry out the fabrication, inspect the result, and package it for the customer’s next step. Buyers speak directly with people who understand how the component is made.
Built around the part.
Our core work is made-to-order quartz sleeves, tubing, rods, and custom components. We also supply UV lamps, ballasts, and related components for replacement and OEM requirements. An order can be a single piece for a maintenance job, a prototype for a new design, or an ongoing requirement tied to a production drawing.
There is no minimum order quantity. One piece receives a real review and a real quote. Most specifications are quoted within one business day, with fabrication and delivery timing confirmed for the actual requirement.
Huntington Beach is where the work happens.
Our in-house sequence starts with raw quartz tubing and continues through cutting, doming, fire-polishing, grinding and finishing, cleaning, drying, inspection, packaging, and shipping. We use our fabrication capabilities and supply relationships to address requirements that reach beyond a standard sleeve.
The facility is at 15661 Producer Ln, Huntington Beach, CA 92649. We supply customers across all 50 states and internationally. The distance to the destination does not change the starting point: a clear understanding of what the part needs to do.
A direct working relationship.
If a dimension is unclear, we ask. If a replacement needs verification, we identify the information required. If a design would benefit from a fabrication discussion, we work through it before the specification is settled. That is how a small, expert shop supports work that matters to a customer’s equipment and schedule.
