Available component families include plates, discs, wafers, windows, viewports, sight glasses, cuvettes, cells, crucibles, boats, dishes, trays, flanges, end caps, adapters, unions, diffusers, light pipes, and optical elements. We also review process tubes, bell jars, wafer carriers, and specialized laboratory or lighting quartz. The fabrication, finishing, and partner supply route is selected for the required component; the quote identifies the agreed scope.
For machined parts, show datums, holes, slots, ground features, edge treatments, and mating surfaces. Flatness, surface roughness, optical quality, and dimensional tolerance describe different requirements, so call out the ones that affect performance. Provide cleanliness, traceability, and documentation needs before production. A one-piece prototype can establish an accepted revision for future orders, while repeat releases can preserve part identification, inspection expectations, and packaging instructions.

Yes. Identify the function, mating parts, and design constraints so we can discuss manufacturability before the revision is fixed.
Does a polished surface meet an optical specification?
Only if the relevant optical requirements are specified and agreed. A visual description alone does not establish optical quality or flatness.
