Keep the installed equipment, project drawing, and service bill of materials aligned. We support component inquiries for treatment skids, integration work, retrofits, and customer maintenance.
Quote the interface you are responsible for installing.
For service work, identify the equipment as installed, including the model, serial number, and any later modifications. Send original part numbers with photographs of lamps, sleeves, power supplies, and connectors as relevant. A parts list from an early project drawing may not reflect a revised unit in the field. Mark any uncertain identification before a replacement is ordered.
For a new skid or custom assembly, provide the quartz drawing and mating hardware. Identify the seal, insertion depth, lamp clearance, retention geometry, and critical tolerances. Describe the process duty and operating environment so material and fit questions can be reviewed together. Electrical components need a complete lamp-power-supply match, with input supply, starting method, connector, and control requirements made explicit.
A retrofit needs approval of the changed component within the complete equipment design. We can review the part, fabrication options, and supply scope while your project team manages installation and system acceptance. Include kit contents, labels, inspection needs, and the required receiving date. If several customer sites use related equipment, keep the site or equipment reference attached to each line so the right parts reach the right installation.

Questions before you order
Can you review a sleeve for a custom skid?
Yes. Include the component drawing and the mating assembly.
Can a field photograph be used for identification?
Yes. Show readable labels and the interfaces, not only the overall housing.
Can you supply all parts in a service kit?
Send the bill of materials and packaging requirements so each line can be reviewed.
Does a replacement quote approve a retrofit?
No. Your project and equipment teams retain responsibility for the complete system change.
Can parts be assigned to specific equipment?
Request the labeling arrangement and keep equipment references with each order line.
A direct quote, starting at 1 piece.
