Define the actual component environment and equipment specification. We quote quartz parts and UV replacements for engineered industrial water systems and project maintenance requirements.
Make the service conditions explicit.
A water-treatment project in an oil, gas, or mining operation can involve a packaged skid, a reuse loop, or an experimental process. Identify where the UV component sits and what the equipment is intended to do. Include the system model, original part number, process-contact conditions, and cleaning procedure. The industry name alone does not establish chemical compatibility, pressure capability, or a suitable quartz grade.
For custom quartz, provide the complete drawing and mating assembly. Mark the sealing surfaces, supports, clearances, and critical tolerances. Tell us which dimensions are measured from a worn sample and which are controlled requirements. For lamps and electrical components, provide the exact labels and the installation specification. Hazardous-location or enclosure requirements must be stated explicitly; they are not implied by a general component description.
Project purchasing may require part identification, inspection records, packaging instructions, and delivery coordination for a remote receiving point. Include those requirements at quotation so they can be assessed alongside the fabrication or supply work. We can quote one prototype, a replacement component, or a repeat requirement. System performance, site acceptance, and approval of substitutes remain with the responsible project and equipment teams.

Works for
Engineered industrial water skids, reuse-equipment component inquiries, quartz development parts, remote-site maintenance, and specified replacement programs.
Questions before you order
Are standard quartz parts pressure-rated for our process?
No general rating is assumed. Provide the assembly design and required acceptance criteria for review.
Can you quote hazardous-location electrical components?
State the exact rating and equipment specification; availability must be confirmed for that requirement.
Can a sample be reverse-engineered?
Yes. Discuss the sample condition and intended interfaces before shipping it.
Can you provide project-specific packaging?
Include the packaging and receiving instructions with the inquiry.
Can you quote an R&D water-treatment component?
Yes. Describe the function, drawing, conditions, and quantity.
A direct quote, starting at 1 piece.
Glass Automated Products has fabricated quartz in Huntington Beach, California, since 1998. Our in-house work includes cutting, doming, fire-polishing, grinding and finishing, cleaning, inspection, and packaging. Most specifications are quoted within one business day. There is no minimum order quantity beyond 1 piece. Fabrication timing, available documentation, and shipping are confirmed for your requirement. We ship to all 50 states and internationally.
