An aquatic facility may have several UV units with similar housings but different lamps and sleeves. Record the model and serial number from the equipment label and compare them with the maintenance manual. Include the current lamp number and sleeve number when available. If a unit has been modified, explain the change and provide the labels from the installed electrical components.
Quartz sleeve fit depends on the outside diameter, overall length, end geometry, and seal arrangement. Retaining nuts, compression fittings, and O-rings are part of that interface. Do not infer the seal size from the sleeve length alone. Send a photograph of the assembly and list any hardware you want quoted with the sleeve. For medium-pressure equipment, provide the complete lamp designation and power-supply information; a pool application does not by itself identify the lamp technology.
Plan the order around the service window and receiving address, especially when the equipment room and purchasing office are in different locations. We can quote a single replacement or a grouped maintenance requirement. Operation, water chemistry, disinfection performance, and approved replacement choices remain governed by the equipment instructions and your facility’s procedures.
