Start with the part number you have. If the number is missing, use the equipment model, dimensions, and photographs to build a request we can review.
Identify the part before comparing the price.
A replacement part may be listed under an equipment number, lamp marking, distributor code, or older description. Keep the complete original marking, including letters and suffixes. Send the UV system model with it. Similar part names can refer to different end configurations, lengths, or lamp output types, so the full identifier matters more than a shortened title.
For quartz, record the outside diameter, overall length, wall or inside diameter, and the shape of each end. Include any flange, shoulder, or retaining hardware in the photographs. If a part is damaged, explain which dimensions remain intact. For lamps, show the marking, base, pins, and matching ballast label. A photograph of a glowing lamp is not useful evidence of electrical compatibility and should never be obtained by exposing yourself to operating UV light.
Use the replacement finder to locate a possible match, then review the listing’s stated dimensions and verification status. Unverified references are routed to a quote so the details can be checked. Listed shop parts have their own purchasing flow; custom sizes and uncertain matches begin with an inquiry. Tell us the quantity and delivery destination, and include the date needed if the equipment is waiting for repair.

Questions before you order
Can I begin with only a part number?
Yes. Include the equipment model if available and we will identify what else is needed.
Is every finder result a guaranteed match?
No. The verification label explains whether the reference still needs confirmation.
Can you make a size that is not listed?
Yes. Send the dimensions and end geometry for a custom quote.
Can I order just one?
Yes. The minimum order is 1 piece.
Should I replace a lamp with the same wattage?
Wattage alone is insufficient. The full lamp and ballast specifications must match the equipment.
A direct quote, starting at 1 piece.
