Glass Automated Products · Huntington Beach, California

Quartz components for semiconductor process requirements.

DEFINED BY YOUR SPECPROFILE
Component concept · Geometry and specifications confirmed with your quote

Process tubes, bell jars, wafer carriers, and custom quartz components quoted to controlled drawings and material requirements.

Put the process and acceptance requirements in the inquiry.

Semiconductor quartz inquiries need a clear connection between the part drawing, the material, and the process in which the component will operate. Glass Automated Products quotes process tubes, bell jars, carriers, and custom geometry through fabrication, finishing, and established supply relationships. Include the tool or assembly identification and your internal part number so the inquiry can be tied to the correct revision.

Material requirements should be explicit. Specify the approved grade, whether alternatives are allowed, and any purity or contamination criteria that must be documented. Cleaning, handling, and packaging requirements should describe the condition needed at receipt. Do not leave those details to an assumed meaning of semiconductor grade: the actual requirements and available records need to be agreed for the part being supplied.

For a process tube or bell jar, show the full geometry, mounting surfaces, ports, and mating features. For a carrier, identify contact surfaces, slot positions, and the dimensions controlling loading and location. Include the datums and inspection method for features whose acceptance depends on how the part is supported or measured. When an existing drawing is incomplete, we can discuss the missing information before the manufacturing route is settled.

Development and maintenance teams may need different release plans. Tell us whether the request is for a first article, an evaluation component, an urgent replacement, or repeat production. Identify any customer inspection or qualification step before production release. We confirm the available fabrication, documentation, and packaging scope with the quote; process qualification remains tied to the customer's defined application and acceptance procedure.

Questions before you order

Can you quote a process tube from a drawing?

Yes. Include the complete geometry, material requirement, operating context, and requested quantity.

Are bell jars and wafer carriers available?

Yes. These requirements are available to quote through our fabrication and supply capabilities.

Does the website claim a cleanroom classification?

No. Specify your required cleaning and packaging conditions so the available scope can be confirmed in writing.

Can we require a first-article inspection?

Include the required inspection points, method, and report format with the inquiry. We confirm what can be supplied.

Can a used part establish the production specification?

It can help identify geometry, but wear and contamination may obscure the intended design. We will discuss what must be established separately.
