UV lamps and components for HVAC and air-disinfection equipment

Match the lamp, power supply, mounting, and intended air-treatment equipment as a system. We quote specified replacement components and custom quartz parts for engineered UV assemblies.

Identify the installation and its operating conditions.

In-duct equipment, coil-treatment assemblies, and purpose-designed room-air units can require different lamps and mounting arrangements. Identify the exact equipment model and whether the lamp operates in moving air, a protected chamber, or another enclosure. Include temperature and airflow information when the specification calls for it. Lamp selection should follow the equipment’s intended application and controls, including any ozone-related requirement.

A replacement inquiry should show the lamp label, base and pin configuration, overall length, and ballast or driver label. Tell us about the mounting clips, electrical lead length, and service clearances. If a quartz protective component is required, provide its drawing and identify the optical path and support points. A water-reactor sleeve should not be assumed to be the correct protective component for an air-handling installation.

For an OEM assembly, define how the lamp is controlled and how access is interlocked. We can review component sourcing, quartz fabrication, connectors, and harness requirements within that design. Exposure safety and disinfection effectiveness require assessment of the complete equipment and its installation. Purchasing a lamp or module does not establish that an improvised installation is suitable for occupied spaces.

Questions before you order

Can a water-treatment lamp be used in an air unit?

Only if the complete equipment specification approves that lamp for the installation.

Can you quote ozone-free lamps?

Yes. State the required lamp designation and ozone-related specification.

Can you supply connectors or harnesses?

Yes. Include pinout, dimensions, electrical ratings, and the mating connector.

Can you establish the room’s disinfection performance?

This page covers component supply. Performance requires evaluation of the complete equipment and installation.

Can you support an OEM prototype?
