A pharmaceutical or life sciences inquiry often includes more than a part drawing. Identify the equipment, approved component number, document revision, and records required at delivery. If the part belongs to a qualified system, state the restrictions on substitutions before a replacement is proposed. We can quote the component and agreed documentation without making a blanket compliance claim for the entire installation.
For quartz parts, identify material grade, dimensions, surface finish, and cleanliness requirements. A sleeve, optical cell, viewport, and process tube each has a different critical interface. Mark the wetted or optically active surfaces and provide the acceptance criteria that apply to them. Include cleaning or thermal conditions when they influence the specification. For lamps, send the full designation and power-supply label rather than a shortened purchasing description.
Development projects can begin with a sketch or an existing sample. Distinguish exploratory dimensions from released requirements so changes remain visible through the prototype stage. Before repeat production, establish the accepted drawing revision, inspection scope, packaging, and part identification.
