A clear part number makes a smaller maintenance job easier. We help replacement buyers organize the lamp, sleeve, and seal details for their installed UV equipment.
Take a complete set of identification details.
Start with the equipment label and the model shown in the owner’s manual. A product family can contain several wattages and housing sizes, and an exterior resemblance does not identify the internal parts. Capture the lamp’s full marking, its connector, and the sleeve’s dimensions. If a label is missing, photographs of the assembled unit and both ends of the removed part can help establish the next questions.
Measure a sleeve’s overall length including a closed end, and record the outside diameter separately. Tell us if the sleeve is open at both ends or has a dome, flange, or another feature. Do not include a removable retaining nut in the quartz length. Where a measurement comes from a damaged part, identify the missing or chipped area rather than treating the remaining length as the original specification.
For a lamp, the printed electrical rating and connector configuration matter together. A lamp of similar length or apparent brightness may not match the ballast. We review the information supplied before proposing a replacement. Follow the equipment instructions for isolation, handling, reassembly, and operation; never look at an exposed operating UV lamp. Treatment sizing and the effect on the water system remain questions for the equipment provider or system designer.

Questions before you order
Can I send a part number instead of measurements?
Yes. Include the equipment model too, and we will identify whether measurements are needed.
Does lamp wattage prove it will fit?
No. Length, base, electrical operation, and the equipment specification also matter.
Can you match a broken sleeve?
Send photographs and the remaining dimensions, clearly identifying what is damaged or missing.
Do you have a minimum quantity?
The minimum order is 1 piece.
Can you quote seals with the sleeve?
Yes. Include the original seal number or specification for review.
A direct quote, starting at 1 piece.
